earthconnect completed a 96.39kW Solar Energy System for the Mercure, Sydney. The System will provide the Hotel with approximately 146.0MWh of Renewable Energy pa, and a reduction of 155,658kg pa of CO2 / Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
The System comprises of;
- 270w Solar Modules,
- Enphase Energy S230 Micro Inverters,
- Solar Analytics, and
- Clenergy Racking.
earthconnect had to factor in strict timelines dealing with multiple telecommunication companies to coordinate rooftop RF Transmitter and Receiver shutdowns to ensure a safe work area and complying with OH&S requirements.
earthconnect designed a system to include Micro Inverters, to reach maximum efficiency, due to roof mounted obstructions creating shade.
