earthconnect completed a 99.84kW Solar Energy System for the Fairmont Resort, Leura.

The System will provide the Resort with approximately 146.0MWh of Renewable Energy pa, and an estimated reduction in CO2 Emissions of 155,658kg pa.

The System comprises of;

• 260W Solar Modules,
• SMA Sunny Tripower 25000TL Inverters,
• SMA Sunny Portal Communications, and
• Clenergy Racking.

The Project had its challenges, and the Project Plan had to accommodate strict access requirements, to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum.

Inclement weather also played its part, with Gale Force Winds and Snow during the Installation and Commissioning period.
